Steps

1. Cover Craisins(R) with warm water, and leave to soak for 1 hour. </br>

2. Drain water from Craisins®, add all ingredients to heavy-based saucepan and heat, stirring often until the sugar has completely dissolved. </br>

3. Bring to a simmer and cook over low heat for 30 minutes until thick.</br>

4. Cool and refrigerate until served, or can for gifting.
